A bit about Amie... Director and Occupational Therapist

From an early age I was driven to help others. It wasn’t until I had spent some time working in the real estate industry that I settled on my field of study – Occupational Therapy.

After successfully completing my degree with honours I spent several years in the busy public hospital system working in the areas of mental health, stroke, long term rehab, orthopaedics and post-surgery.

I’ve also been fortunate to work in the occupational rehab space, gaining a deep knowledge of the insurance industry as it relates to return to work, motor vehicle injury management, defence personnel and home modifications.

My personal passion for health, fitness and adventure is part of my desire to support my clients to find and live their meaningful life.

Not everyone wants to climb mountains, ride horses or lift weights but I believe everyone benefits from finding and pursuing fulfilling and meaningful activities that meet them where they’re at in their life’s journey.

A bit about Warrick... Business Manager & Tech Guru

Aside from being Amie’s husband, Warrick has extensive experience working in the finance, sales, accounting and business coaching industries.

Warrick is passionate about health, wellbeing and functional movement and moonlighted as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer for 5 years whilst also running his successful business coaching practice.

When he isn’t running his own business, or being the True North tech guru he loves getting outdoors through his own meaningful occupations. Not surprisingly, Warrick has experienced his fair share of personal injuries and his own rehabilitation, which is why he understands the value of the care that True North Allied Health provides.

Warrick is the undisputed “tech and business guru” (but he will never admit that) behind the scenes of True North Allied Health so that Amie can focus on the clinical work and supporting her clients to find their meaningful life.
